Our Warranty:

Yen Concept warrants that every one of our Australian-made custom sofas is free from defects in terms of material and workmanship.

We want you to be happy with your purchase from us, so we provide 10 years warranty that covers the structural integrity of all our pieces, including sofas and armchairs. While we are so confident in the quality of our products, we provide warranty for frames, suspension and support where furniture has been used and maintained as designed and intended.  

What Is Not Covered Under Warranty?

Normal wear and tear or damage from regular use is not covered by our warranty. Fabrics may fade or deteriorate naturally over time, and cushions may lose their shape. These are typical conditions and are not considered manufacturer defects.

Products used in commercial, rental trade, institutional or non-residential use are not covered by this warranty.
